Delivery Information
We are currently shipping to any addresses within UAE. Please be advise that shipping fee will vary on your location.
All orders are estimated to be delivered within 1-3 days time frame.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email that includes your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to ask update on our customer service team for delivery follow up.
It will only be possible to update your orders or delivery address if your orders has not been processed yet. Most orders are processed within 3 hours of being confirmed.

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delayed or lost shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
